The building’s metal roof had begun to show signs of age, weathering and surface deterioration, prompting the client to seek a long‑lasting, reliable solution that would restore protection and extend the life of the roof. With the practice operating daily and requiring minimal disruption, the project demanded a careful, controlled approach and a coating system proven for durability.
